Cancelling Your Session
To cancel or reschedule, email rachel@deepwildbreath.com or use the link in your booking confirmation as soon as possible.
Weather & Outdoor Sessions: In the event of unsafe weather conditions, we will contact you at least 2 hours in advance via WhatsApp/email to reschedule or move the session to our indoor backup venue. This does not count against the cancellation windows above.
Session Changes by Deep Wild Breath
If we need to cancel or reschedule a session (low numbers, facilitator illness, venue issue), you will be offered a full refund or a place in the next available session, your choice.
Health-Related Cancellations
If you become newly ineligible to participate for health reasons after booking (see Terms & Conditions, Section 3), please let us know as soon as possible — we will offer a full refund or transfer to a future session regardless of the cancellation window.
