    • Name, email: waitlist signup, booking confirmation, session communications
    • Payment details: Processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe) - we do not store card details
    • Health intake information: Screening for CCB contraindications (pregnancy, epilepsy, cardiac conditions, mental health history)
    • Website usage data: Google Analytics, Meta Pixel - understanding site traffic and (where applicable) advertising performance.

  3. Legal Basis for Processing
    1. Name/email/booking data: performance of a contract (providing your session) and consent (waitlist signups).
    2. Health intake data: your explicit consent, given separately from general booking consent, as required for special category health data under Article 9 GDPR. You may withdraw this consent at any time; doing so may affect our ability to safely deliver a session to you.
    3. Website analytics/advertising data: consent, collected via a cookie banner on first visit.

Who We Share Data With: We use the following third-party processors, who may process data outside the EU under their own data protection safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses): Stripe (payments), Acuity (booking), Webflow (website hosting/forms), Google Analytics, Meta (advertising, where applicable). We do not sell your data.

    1. Health intake forms: retained for the duration of our working relationship plus [X years] for insurance/liability purposes, then securely deleted.
