Deep Wild Breath - Terms & Conditions
Last Updated 04th July 2026
- About These Terms: These Terms & Conditions govern all sessions, bookings, and services provided by Deep Wild Breath (Rachel Bradley, operating as an Entreprise Individuelle under SIRET 78926511300041, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, France), referred to as "we," "us," or "Deep Wild Breath." By booking a session, you agree to these Terms.
- Our Services: Deep Wild Breath provides Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) sessions across four formats — REST, REFLECT, RECOVER, and DISCOVER — delivered in group or 1:1 settings, indoors or outdoors in the Haute Savoie region. Session content, duration, and location are as described on our website and may be adjusted for weather, venue availability, or group size.
- Eligibility & Health Screening: Conscious Connected Breathwork is not suitable for everyone. Before your first session, you must complete a health intake form. You must not participate if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, a cardiovascular condition, a severe mental health history, or any condition your doctor has advised against strenuous breathing exercises for. It is your responsibility to disclose relevant health information accurately and completely. We reserve the right to decline participation where a health risk is identified.
- Assumption of Risk: Breathwork involves altered physiological and emotional states, including light-headedness, tingling (paresthesia), and emotional release. Outdoor sessions take place in alpine terrain and are subject to weather and environmental conditions. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and confirm you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.
- Liability: To the extent permitted under French law, Deep Wild Breath's liability is limited to the fee paid for the session in question. We hold RC Pro (professional liability) insurance covering our facilitation activities. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence.
- Bookings & Payment: Sessions are booked and paid for in advance via our booking platform. Prices are as listed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to update pricing for future bookings at any time.
- Cancellations & Refunds: See our separate Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
- Client Conduct: We ask all participants to arrive as described (no alcohol or recreational substances beforehand), to follow facilitator guidance during sessions, and to treat other participants and the facilitator with respect. We reserve the right to end a session for any participant whose conduct compromises safety or the group's experience, without refund.
- Photography & Testimonials: Where photography or video is taken during group sessions, we will ask for your consent separately. You may decline without affecting your participation.
- Intellectual Property: The Deep Wild Breath name, logo, methodology, and session content are the property of Deep Wild Breath and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Annecy.
