Breathwork for endurance athletes and high performers, grounded in Oxygen Advantage® and CO₂ tolerance training.
We train our muscles to run faster and lift heavier, but how often do we think about training our breathing? The diaphragm is the biggest, most used muscle in the entire human body. It affects far more than how much air we take in - it shapes how regulated our nervous system is, and how efficiently we perform under effort. If your breathing mechanics are off, that regulation suffers. And if you have a low tolerance to CO₂ (hypocapnia) you're losing valuable efficiency without even knowing it.
As an Oxygen Advantage® trainer, I work with your breathing mechanics, biochemistry, and psychophysiology - identifying what's holding you back on the trail and in the office. Through regular practice, you can improve oxygen efficiency, delay fatigue, and build resilience, while sharpening composure and focus.
